Applications can sponsor gas for their users. A campaign is a HYPE budget plus rules: which contracts it covers, how many transactions per wallet, how much gas per transaction. Users of that app see “gas offered by <app>” and pay nothing — not even yield.

Protocol fee: 10% of the Drip budget spent, sent to the protocol treasury.
