Safety limits

Maximum gas per sponsored transaction, enforced on-chain.
Rate limit per account (30 sponsored transactions per hour on testnet).
Only transactions that call a contract can be sponsored; plain transfers cannot.
Protocol fee: 10% of the yield spent on gas, and 10% of Drip budgets, sent to the protocol treasury.
